However, due to the perishable nature of Ice Protein, the package must be received promptly by the customer and handled according to the guidelines provided. Therefore, California Ice Protein will not be held liable or responsible for any melted Ice Protein if the customer fails to receive the package personally at the provided delivery address. 

We take all reasonable measures to ensure that your Ice Protein leaves our facility in a perfectly frozen state and is packaged to withstand standard shipping conditions. The responsibility for ensuring the Ice Protein remains frozen shifts to the customer upon delivery. Failure to be available to receive the package directly, resulting in the Ice Protein being left unattended and subsequently melting, is beyond the control of California Ice Protein. In such instances, refunds or replacements will not be provided for melted Ice Protein. This policy is necessary due to the perishable nature of the product and the customer's role in ensuring its proper handling upon delivery.
